November 17, 2016, WILLIAMSPORT, PA.— Construction and renovation work continues at Muncy Valley Hospital to improve emergency services. Through the efforts of Senator Gene Yaw (R-23) and Representative Garth Everett (R-84), $5 million in state funds allocated through Pennsylvania’s Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) have been approved to support this project.
